At Findduzz, we are committed to providing high-quality IT services and ensuring customer satisfaction. In the event that you need to request a refund, please review our policy below :

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS :


Services

Refunds are available within the first 30 days of service commencement for services such as digital marketing, graphic design, web/app/software development, domain hosting, bulk SMS service, and PBX service, provided that the service has not been fully utilized or delivered.

Products

For any hardware or software products purchased, a return must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.


Non-Refundable Items :

  • Customized software or applications developed specifically for the client
  • Any service that has been fully delivered or utilized

REFUND PROCESS : 

Request Submission : To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@findduzz.com with your FCI code and order INV Number. Provide detailed reasons for the refund request along with the account details where you prefer to receive the refund. Refunds will be processed using one of our approved payment methods.

Evaluation : Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate the condition of the service or product and verify its eligibility for a refund.

Approval and Processing : If approved, we will process your refund, deducting a 5% processing fee from the total amount. You will be notified via email once your refund is processed. The refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days.
