Refund & Return

Thank you so much for purchasing your product or services from Findduzz. We hope it made your work easier. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information about our refund & return policy!

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. It is only possible to return the product, if any service is involved, it is not possible to return it. All returned products will not be accepted without reason.

PROCESS

To return a product, your Client ID should send your personal information such as name, phone number, address and your order Invoice No to this email business@findduzz.com You will also provide us with the complete details of the account from which you want to return the money. It must be one of our payment methods. You will be contacted within 10 business days of submitting your refund request.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return we will process your return after inspecting the condition of the product and considering if it is returnable. We will then refund your money to the payment account info you sent. However, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the principal amount and we will notify you via email once your return is processed.
